REFUND POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all Docfide subscription plans. If Docfide isn't working for you within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll refund 100% of your payment — no hard feelings, no questions asked.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial paid subscription date. Refund requests received after the 30-day period will not qualify for a full refund, though we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds apply to the initial subscription payment only.
  • Renewal payments made after the initial 30-day period are generally non-refundable.
  • Add-on purchases (e.g., additional e-signature credits, API usage) are non-refundable once consumed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@docfide.com with the email address associated with your Docfide account. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • The account email address used to subscribe
  • The date of your subscription
  • A brief reason for your cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider and region, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
