Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Service available at https://www.docfide.com/terms or such other location as the Terms of Service may be posted from time to time (as applicable, the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the Customer and Docfide.

1. Definitions

In this DPA, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below and cognate terms shall be construed accordingly:

  • "Data Protection Laws" means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country.
  • "GDPR" means EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

2. Processing of Personal Data

Docfide shall process Personal Data only on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with Customer's documented instructions.
